  • ​Access to SSP Core, one complete round hrs 1-5 for three months;

  • SSP Balance and SSP Connect for three months;

  • Three hours of face to face online contact;

  • Fortnightly contact via email to check in;

  • Online portal access to help you regulate your nervous system; 

  • Tailored nervous system exercises for you;

  • A written intake to see how we can best use the program for you;

  • A personalised approach, tailored to your pace and needs with psycho-educational regarding your brain, body and nervous system;

  • You listen to the protocol at your convenience, in your own familiar surroundings and in session;

  • Continued access SSP as required at £75 per month thereafter;

  • Additional support as required £80 per session or £45 for 30 mins.

Slow Release Package

£200 for the first month then £140 per month thereafter.

​An SSP an  RRP package with sequenced delivery.

Suggested use for a minimum of 12 months.

​

A highly supportive package for those with sensitive nervous systems. Useful for chronic health conditions, Long Covid, ME/CFS, and Parkinson's disease.

​

  • SSP Core, 1 complete round hrs 1-5;

  • SSP Balance and Connect  for 12 months;        

  • RRP level 1,2,3  or additional SSP Core to continue after.

  • Support sessions every month; 2 hours for the first month and 1 hour for every subsequent month;

  • Weekly checkins via email;

  •  Online portal access to help you regulate your nervous system; 

  • Tailored nervous system exercises for you;

  • A written intake to see how we can best use the program for you;

  • A personalised approach, tailored to your pace and needs with psycho-educational regarding your brain, body and nervous system;

Rest and Restore Package

  • Portal access to help you regulate your nervous system; 

  • A written intake to see how we can best use the program for you;

  • A personalised approach, tailored to your pace and needs with psycho-educational regarding your brain, body and nervous system;

  • You listen to the protocol at your convenience, in your own familiar surroundings and in session;

  • Additional support as required £80 per session or £45 for 30 mins.  

  • Continued access as required at £75 per month thereafter.
